Whether your subscription includes basic support or premium, our goals is to answer you questions and solve your issues as quickly as possible so that your SmartSales experience is as pleasent and efficient.
However due to its resource intensive nature, we have reserved live remote training to our Pro subscribers. If you feel that your team would benefit from remote training and other live options please contact us about upgrading your subscription.
Our Pro subscriptions come with training time assigned on a per user basis. We allow you to combine that time to have longer training sessions for multiple users or a combination of group training and one-on-one follow-up training sessions.
We can work with you to determine what types of training sessions would most benefit you and your team.
If you learn better in a one-on-one environment we can arrange for solo remote training held over a screen share session. Work one-on-one with your trainer to learn all the basics or get answers to your detailed questions.
We can arrange individual training sessions as suppliments to group training to balance efficiency of teaching the basics to a group while still providing a personalized aspect to the learning process.
Don't worry, after your training sessions are complete we don't leave you to go it alone. Our Pro subscribers have access to live support via in-app chat, phone and remote screen sharing. Additionally you will have access to all our training videos, whitepapers and F.A.Q.s as well as being able to request support via eMail and our in-app support request widget. We will always be there to answer your questions and provide assistance in the way that is most convienent to you.
