Just have a quick question? Subscribers with a SmartSales Pro license have access to our in-app chat system. Chat responses are generally limited to business hours and may be delayed due to support personnel avaliability. However even when responses are delayed you will be alerted when your response is available (if you were logged off when the response was recieved you will be alerted the next time you sign back in).
For times when they need more detailed assistance, our SmartSales Pro subscribers have access to phone support via our local or 1-800 number. Phone support is limited to business hours (calls outside business hours can sometimes be arranged).
Sometimes it is easier to show the problem (or be shown the solution) and our Pro subscribers have access to shared desktop support. Share your desktop with us to show us a problem you are experiencing or request a screen share session where we show you how to overcome an issue.
Every SmartSales Pro license comes with 30 minutes of remote training that can be used in a 1-on-1 setting or can be grouped for longer sessions for multiple persons.
