I try to search for my customer by Customer Number and by Name and can't find them.


Customer information is generally sent to us by dealers. Customer access may also be controled by those same dealers.

If you cannot find a customer you believe should be in the system it may be because that customer is indeed NOT in the system in which case we would need to have the dealer send us that customer information.

Alternately the customer may be in the system but you may not have the correct access rights to view the customer. In this case we would request permission from the dealer to grant you access to that customer.

In either case we would need you to send enough information about the customer to support@dentacad.com so we can determine the issue and the resolution.

If you know the correct Customer Number that would be enough for us to investigate and resolve the issue.
