When I search for a product from the worksheet order lines I cant find a product I know should exist.


Product information is generally sent to us by dealers. If a product is "missing" it may be that either the information for that product has never been sent or it may have been removed by request of the dealer. It is also possible that the product failed to import into SmartSales due to an error.

In any case we would need you to send enough information about the product (at least manufacturer and part number and if you have you dealer's stock code even better) to support@dentacad.com so we can determine the issue and the resolution.
