I got an error when using the "Import" function in the worksheet, why?
We are working on accepting any quote files from any of our manufacturer partners but currently accept files from Adec OrderNet (make sure you choose CUSTOMER Export) and Sirona XML files.
You will get an error if you try to upload a file that is not from manaufacturer above. We also do not import exports from DentaCAD Classic.
If you have attempted to import a file that based on the above should be allowed and gotten an error, please send us the file. We need the file to investigate the issue. Most likely a minor adjustment is necessary in our import mappings to correct the issue. This generally is resolved very quickly once we have the file.
